U.S. President

Union Veterans Support Joe Biden

Joe Biden (D)

Joe Biden is a champion of working families, a lifelong advocate for the middle class, and a dedicated supporter of America’s veterans. Joe’s dedication to improving the lives of working people and veterans is borne of his own life experiences. A proud son of Scranton, PA, Joe grew up in the middle class and viscerally understands that working families are the bedrock of this country. Later, he watched as his son Beau deployed to Iraq--for which Beau was awarded the Bronze Star and Legion of Merit.

Joe’s record reflects his commitments to organized labor and veterans: from co-sponsoring the post-9/11 GI Bill to reducing veterans homelessness by 50% and supporting a pro-union NLRB as Vice President. If elected, Joe will pass the PRO Act, improve VA accountability, and pass a public option to enable universal healthcare. Joe has also made his commitment to unions clear, and joined a UAW picket line during their strike last year. Joe will make union and veteran families proud as President by fighting for them with the full resources of his administration.
